Monday: Glenn High School, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Tuesday:
• 1st & 3rd Tuesdays of the month: Konnoak Middle School (temporarily located at Main Street Academy during first semester)
• 2nd & 4th Tuesdays of the month: Hanes Magnet School, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
• 5th Tuesday of the month: Easton Elementary School
Wednesday: Parkland High School, 8:00 am – 3:30 pm
Thursday: Carver High School, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Make sure your clinic enrollment is up to date. Go to the registration tab and complete it online. A new enrollment is required each year for clinic services.
