Andy Mayfield is a licensed mental health professional who serves as Project Manager for multiple federally-funded research studies in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at Wake Forest School of Medicine. He has served as Program Evaluator for the School Health Alliance for Forsyth County since 2012. He has extensive experience in project and data management, clinical interviewing and diagnosis, and data summarization and program evaluation.
